The Emeryville Chamber of Commerce is proud to partner with our good friends Matt and Lena Reynoso and introduce everyone to their wonderful art gallery and studio at the Chamber's November Business Networking Connection.
The COMPOUND Studios & Gallery is an artist run space that was established in 2008. Its new building allows for a fuller realization of what The Compound is…an art institution without the institution…an art school, without the school.
The Compound Studios & Gallery was voted Best Art Hang Out 2012 by the East Bay Express! The gallery features a work in a variety of media by some of the best Bay Area artists. Matt and Lena Reynoso, the founders, are proud to offer their our studio artists an interdisciplinary work environment.
Located in the Golden Gate Arts district, just west of San Pablo Avenue in Emeryville, the new building boasts nearly 8,000 square feet and was chosen because of its location, amazing natural light, and architectural grandeur. The Art in a Box Headquarters, the Admiral Dot Miniature Gallery, the Special Collection & Print Lounge, Artists Gallery (featuring the work of our studio artists), and 20+ studios are all housed inside the building.
